Mountain Climbing

We all know mountain climbing would be the daunting exercise for the most but what if I tell you that mountain is on the floor.

While the move sounds similar but trust me this exercise can easily cover the entire body workout and it leaves the impactful result which we want.

It also improves the heart rate and its great for building cardio endurance, core strength & agility. It almost like getting total body workout.

 

How to do

Your hands should be about shoulder width apart, back flat, abs engaged & head in alignment and then pull your right knee into your chest as far as you can.

Second step would be switching legs then pull one knee out and bringing the other knee in & the keep the hips down and run your knees in and out as far as fast as you can.
