Main three parts of the chest

1.Upper chest

I am sure you all are thinking about incline bench press or incline dumbbell curls when we talk about upper chest, yes you all right but what about those people who are not hitting the gym just because they are with their busy hectic working schedule.

 

Here I will mention just one basic exercise which you all can do at home which is incline push up.

It is very impactful for the upper chest muscle, and it also improve your core and increase the strength & It is very easy to perform just like the way we do normal push up but yes you need a box or bench to perform this exercise.

 

  1. Middle Chest

Well, It is very easy to perform the exercise for the middle part of the chest because unknowingly we all do this exercise since high school and we all thought this is the first & basic exercise to get fit or to build some muscles.

Yes, I am talking about basic wide push up for the middle chest portion and trust me it is very helpful to build overall physic.

 

 

  1. Lower Chest

The way we take care of Upper & middle chest but unfortunately, we forget to build lower chest but as per my opinion lower chest is as important as upper & middle chest.

Here is a simple exercise called decline push up to get lower chest and it can be easily performed at home with help of box or bench.
