Leg Raise.

Leg raise is also a main exercise for abdominal which hit the lower part of it and makes your core strong and many more benefits which you get in sit up.

How to do.

Just lie down on the floor or on a thin towel or yoga mat and firmly glue your back body to the floor and then start raising your both the legs straight till 90 degree and then reverse the move slowly.
